QUOTE TERMS: Prices quoted are VAT INCLUSIVE. Prices subject to change without prior notice. 70% Deposit payable on acceptance of quotation. Full and final payment is required before installation or delivery will commence. Our product and service delivery is strictly COD. Order cannot be cancelled and/or refunded once manufacturing has commenced. Payments received confirm acceptance of the Trade Motto 109 (Pty) Ltd terms and conditions. Goods will only be ordered once deposit has been received. Delivery 8-12 weeks from date of deposit reflecting. Please accept or decline your quotation by viewing the online quote - see link. A downtime penalty of up to R2050.00 will be charged per day should our team be confirmed, but not be able to install due to site issues, incomplete building work (incl. plastering, painting, ceilings, etc.) or any other delays not on our behalf. By accepting the quote, you indemnify us against all claims for loss of and damage to your property during the delivery and installation including damage and /or loss of furniture, appliances etc. Water pipes, electrical cables and installations etc. By accepting the quote, you agree that it will be your responsibility to ensure that your property and specifically the areas of installation are properly prepared for the intended installation so as to prevent any loss or damage to your property. All goods sold remain the property of TRADE MOTTO 109 CC until paid in full. Ownership shall only pass on payment of full price and not delivery. 25% Handling fee on goods returned.
